How long is the shipping time?
Delivery times vary by country. Orders within Asia typically arrive within 7-10 days after shipment. Orders to other countries generally arrive within 10-18 days after shipment. Except in special circumstances, packages will arrive within approximately 20 days!

Why is there no engraving service?
Our studio is currently undergoing renovations and temporarily unavailable for engraving services. We expect to resume engraving in March. However, if you require engraving, we offer complimentary engraving for orders totaling $60 USD or more! Please include your engraving text in the notes section.
